A customer from Louisiana, dropped by the store looking for sweet Tea. American & Canadian Iced Tea differ by the amount of sugar used.
I prefer the sugarless iced tea. Here’s my recipe:
Brew a good strong Irish Breakfast by doubling up on the amount of tea and letting it steep for 5 – 10 minutes. I like to draw out the tannins. After brewing this dark, bitter brew I pour it over a big glass full of ice. Most of the ice melts and dilutes the tea. I add a twist of lemon and give it a little stir. A simple pleasure. Add a pinch of sugar if needed.
This method works well when at a restaurant.

Hi!
I just wanted to thank you folks at Acquired Tastes for the nice time you gave my parents the other day when they came to your shop! I hope I can be along next time. I've only seen your store once, but that was enough to make me a faithful customer!

Popped into your store on Sunday to research the availability of various black tea flavors for a project I'm doing with Kombucha. Met one of your daughters who was working and was quite helpful. I'm so glad I found you, and funny enough, in my own neighborhood

This is the address for me to dive into some serious tea business ;)
I only came to get my favorite blend of Maple Cream tea and left with three blends and a great stylish (and non-dripping) tea pot.
Did I mention the friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff?
Be sure to see me again :)
